Albert E. King, K. C.

Albert "Bert" King earned his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 1978. He completed his articles with a Vancouver firm, and was called to The Law Society of British Columbia in 1979. Mr. King returned to Nanaimo in 1980, and opened up his own firm focusing on defending individuals charged with criminal offences. In 2004, Mr. King attended Harvard University, and obtained a Diploma in Mediation.

Kelly Dale Bradshaw

Kelly Bradshaw earned her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993. Ms. Bradshaw completed her articles with criminal lawyer Earl J. Levy, K.C. in Toronto, and became a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada in 1995. Ms. Bradshaw practiced criminal law in Toronto, and in 2001, she relocated to Calgary, becoming a member of The Law Society of Alberta in 2002. In 2008, Ms. Bradshaw became a member of The Law Society of British Columbia, and continues to defend individuals charged with criminal offences.
